Employment help at the library
Tuesday, April 01, 2014 4:51 PM
T.B. Scott Library and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development are working together to offer job-seeking help to the Merrill community. Sessions will be held in the library's Board Room on Tuesday, April 8, from 10-11:30 a.m., and on Wednesday, April 9, from 6-7:30 p.m.
Staff from the Wausau Job Center will be on hand to offer personalized help with writing a resume, developing interview and online job hunting skills, and any other questions job seekers may have. Reservations are not necessary, and no computer skills are required. Come to the library's third floor where you'll be directed by staff ready to help.
This collaboration between the Wausau Job Center and T.B. Scott Library will provide help twice a month at the library for job seekers on an ongoing basis. See the library's website at www.tbscottlibrary.org for complete schedule listings, or call 715-536-7191 with questions.
