Dorinda’s Dance Studio recently competed in Appleton at the Performing Arts Center in the International Dance Challenge.
"Grease Lightning,” a Senior Open Production number, received a 1st /Platinum in their category but also brought home the “Big One,” receiving the highest score of all acts of the day. In addition, “Grease Lightning” was also recognized for the most “Professional” routine of the competition. “Bring It Out,” a Senior Hip Hop, received a 1st/Platinum in their category and was the second highest scoring routine of the day as well.
The dance studio’s Senior Hip Hop, “Bezerk,” received the honor to perform in the “Entertainment Challenge.” Only a few routines are chosen to perform in this competition at the end of the day.
All groups received top awards of high standing and represented Dorinda’s Dance Studio and Merrill well.
