The City of Merrill Parks & Recreation Department is proud to announce a donation of over $6,500 from the Merrill Baseball Association. This generous donation will allow for infield soil and aggregate to improve the fields, as well as help offset the cost of the newly renovated restrooms, all at Lions Park. The restrooms were recently renovated to ADA standards and will allow better access to all amenities. Lions Park has been home to the Merrill Little League Baseball for decades and they have been a strong partner of the Merrill Parks & Recreation Program. The Merrill Baseball Association has donated countless hours of volunteer work and thousands of dollars over the years to help upgrade the many baseball facilities within the city.
