Sheriff’s Office Seeks Information in Burglary

Lincoln County Crime Stoppers needs your help. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is looking for anyone with information about a vehicle that was stolen from N2215 County Road K in the town of Merrill.
The warehouse is located north of Carl’s Liquor and stores old vehicles. Sometime between August 12th and August 26th, 2014, suspects entered the warehouse and removed a 1979 Lincoln Special Edition with Wisconsin expired registration PFJ-780. The vehicle is bright red with a white vinyl soft top and has a distinct long body.
The route of travel is unknown, however it may have traveled west on Hillside Drive, then north on State Road 107, and finally north on CTH E. The vehicle became stuck at N7420 CTH E south of Tomahawk where it was left abandoned in a field.
