Plant clinic at the library

Have pests in your garden? Not sure what kind of plant is growing in your yard? Need advice on how to grow vegetables, fruits, flowers, etc.? Want to kill weeds in an eco-friendly way?

Stroll over to the Library to speak with some of the knowledgeable master gardeners of Lincoln County. These ladies are volunteering their time to help answer all your gardening questions and have a variety of resources available for you.

Starting June 28 and continuing through August, master gardeners will be available from 5-7 p.m. on Thursdays in the café area across from T.B. Scott Library’s front desk. Be sure to also take advantage of our Seed Library when you visit.

Whether you are a novice or a veteran gardener, this a great opportunity to learn and share. We also encourage people to bring pictures of the plant, desirable or not, they wish to discuss so the volunteers can assist you better.

Find out what’s happening at your library at www.tbscottlibrary.org, “T.B. Scott Free Library” on Facebook, or by calling 715-536-7191.
