Culver’s of Merrill partners with Kate Goodrich and Honor Flight to make a difference

Since opening the doors of the first restaurant in 1984, Culver’s® has been committed to being an active member in its local community. On Feb. 22, Culver’s of Merrill, 3349 E. Main St., carried on that tradition by donating a portion of their sales to raise funds for Kate Goodrich and the Honor Flight.

“We’re proud to call Merrill home and doing our part to help just feels right,” said Lori Wakefield. “We strive to make a difference in the community we share with so many others, and working with Kate Goodrich and Honor Flight allows us to help support individuals and families in our area.”

Culver’s in Merrill was able to raise $900 for the Honor Flight.

“Kate Goodrich Elementary School staff and students would like to thank Culver’s in our quest to raise money to send a veteran on the Honor Flight. we would also like to thank Pat Taylor for baking all those wonderful treats to sell at our event. Lastly, we would like to thank the community for coming in, participating and supporting our cause.”
