“Stress is a reality for many of us in the fast-paced world we live in, but there are things we can do to take care of ourselves and better manage our stress levels in a healthy way,” says Debbie Moellendorf from Lincoln County UW Extension. “During this four week program, participants will learn and practice strategies and skills to manage their stress which will help them take better care of their overall health.”

Taking Care of You is a research-based program that offers practical strategies and experiences to help individuals deal with the stress in their lives. This course will help participants manage life’s challenges in healthy ways and allow them to take better care of themselves and their overall health.
