This is the second year in a row that Ziesemer has received the recognition. Thomas Giles, EauClaire, past president of the Wisconsin Professional Photographers Assn.and Indianhead, presented the plaque at the IPPA January meeting in Colby.
The POY award is given to the photographer who has entered at least six of the seven Indianhead image contests over the previous year and who has received the highest cumulative scores on their entries.
