December 26

Shore Dr. for a 63 year old female with a medical problem, transported to AGSH; #1800- At 11:02 a.m. Med 63 responded to Joe Snow Rd. for a 41 year old female with a medical problem, no transport; #1801- At 11:18 a.m. Med 62 responded for station standby, no patient; #1802- At 1:33 p.m. Med 62 responded to O’Day St. for a 49 year old female with a medical problem, transported to AGSH; #1803- At 5:25 p.m. MFD responded to a structure fire at 1903 E. 6th St., upon arrival encountered grey smoke, attacked fire & extinguished, looked for extension, salvage & overhaul completed; #1804- At 6:54 p.m. Squad 64 responded to 2800 Thielman St. for an odor investigation, using meters found small natural gas leak, WPS responded & fixed the leak.

Genesee St., for a general alarm, found broken (frozen) sprinkler pipe, water utility shut off flow to the building; #1808- At 1:09 p.m. Med 62 responded to W. Main St. for a 26 year old male with a medical problem, transported to AGSH; #1809- At 4:37 p.m. Med 63 responded to Hwy. 51 for a 23 year old male with a trauma, no transport; #1810- At 5:54 p.m. Med 62 & 63 responded to Hwy. 51 for a motor vehicle accident with multiple parties involved, 21 year old female transported to AGSH with trauma; #1811- At 9:40 p.m. Med 62 responded to E. Main St. for a 50 year old male with a medical problem, transported to AGSH; #1812- At 10:50 p.m. Med 62 responded to Balsam Ave. for a 20 year old male with a trauma, transported to AGSH.
Other activities: Participated with Pine Crest residents & staff for a New Year celebration; installed a smoke detector for an elderly resident; inspection of area businesses for fire & safety.

December 29

Calls: #1813- At 6:37 a.m. Med 62 responded to East St. for a 73 year old male with a respiratory problem, transported to AGSH; #1814- At 8:51 a.m. Med 62 responded to O’Day St. for an 80 year old female with a cardiac problem, transported to AGSH; #1815- At 10:30 a.m. Med 62 responded to O’Day St. for an 86 year old female with a medical problem, no transport; #1816- At 10:53 a.m. Med 63 responded to Joe Snow Rd. for a 68 year old male with a medical problem, transported to AWH; #1817- At 11:48 a.m. Med 62 responded to Schulz Spur Rd. for a 67 year old male with a medical problem, transported to AGSH; #1818- At 12:45 p.m. Med 62 responded to MARC Drive for a 9 year old male with a trauma, transported to AWH; #1819- Med 62 responded to Logan Ave. for a respiratory problem, transported to AGSH; #1820- Med 63 responded to Cty. J for a standby for Tomahawk EMS; #1821- At 9:31 p.m. Med 62 responded to E. 6th St. for an 87 year old; #1822- At 10:32 p.m. MFD responded to 200 N. Foster St. for a residence with a large bonfire & calls made to Lincoln dispatch of a loud explosion, fire personnel found an aerosol can in the fire, extinguished fire & advised residents to stop burning, MPD was also on scene & advised of MFD actions; #1823- At 11:31 p.m. Med 62 responded to S. Center Ave. for an 87 year old female with a medical problem, transported to PCNH; #1824- At 11:57 p.m. Med 63 responded, no transport.
Other activities: Weekly maintenance on emergency vehicles; studies monthly training materials on fire & EMS emergencies.

December 31
Calls: #1825- At 9:01 a.m. Med 62 responded, no transport; #1826- At 5:17 p.m. Med 62 responded to Galkin Rd. for a 57 year old female with a medical problem, transported to AGSH; #1827- At 7:54 p.m. Eng 62 responded to 2401 W. Jackson St. for a 911 call stating smoke from cooking had set fire alarm off, no fire, fire personnel aired out the apartment & the alarm system reset by building maintenance.
Other activities: Training with new Bullex fire extinguisher trainer.
