Friendship House Family Restaurant will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from 2-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3 to the Merrill Optimist Club’s Normal Park playground project.
Members of the Optimist Club and the High School Octagon Club will be on hand to assist the Friendship House, serving coffee, water, clearing tables, etc.
The planned playground will be handicap accessible, serving disabled children in the Merrill area.
