David E. Blaise, age 61, of Merrill, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
David was born March 12, 1955, in Merrill, to the late Leon F. Blaise and the late Arlene Blaise Schulz. He married Jeri Lynn Henrich on July 11, 1987, in Merrill. He is survived by his wife and daughter Bonnie.
