October 17
2:18 p.m.- An officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller had an Ipad stolen from their unlocked vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.
4:49 p.m.- Officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint. Contact was made with a male and two females who were having a verbal argument over property inside the residence. All were advised to be civil and cease the verbal arguing. After officers left the residence, the male party called back and an officer spoke with him on the phone. He had said on the phone that he was going to kill one of the females in the house. Officers returned to the residence and could hear yelling from inside the house. The male party was arrested for disorderly conduct and the two females were cited for disorderly conduct.

October 18
8:50 a.m.- An officer responded to a suspicious activity complaint. The caller stated a vehicle with two males pulled into their driveway, got out, and walked around the property. Contact was made with the passenger of the vehicle who was seated in the car. The passenger was acting very suspicious and was detained. The passenger refused to identify the driver. The reporting party advised where the suspects had walked around the property. Officers checked the location and located a container with methamphetamine and two hydrocodone pills that the passenger did not have a prescription for. The male passenger was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule 2 controlled Substance, and two counts of felony Bail Jumping.
9:52 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation. The driver of the vehicle attempted to conceal drug paraphernalia under his leg and he was removed from the vehicle and was detained. In searching the vehicle, officers located drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. The driver was cited for Operating after Revocation and was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a park, and felony bail jumping.

October 19
8:26 a.m.- Officers were requested by probation and parole to take a female subject into custody for a probation violation. The female subject was taken into custody and transported to the jail.
3:20 p.m.- An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of East First Street in regards to a garbage dumping complaint. The suspect was identified and ultimately cited for dumping violation.

October 20
8:14 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and the operator was found to have a revoked driver’s license and on probation. The operator was issued a citation for operating after revocation and arrested on a probation violation.
11:04 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where the passenger was known to have a warrant for his arrest. The male party was taken into custody on the active warrant.
