Timothy P. Myers, 31 of Mosinee– was charged September 6 with Misdemeanor charges of Operating a Firearm while Intoxicated and Disorderly Conduct.
According to court records, Myers was involved in an incident in rural Lincoln County on September 4 during which he reportedly engaged in a verbal altercation with another male. Myers was reportedly asked to leave the residence by other parties present. Myers then reportedly retreated to his vehicle only to return a short time later with a .38 handgun and reportedly fired three shots into the air, while reportedly “waving” the handgun around.
Other parties present reportedly subdued Myers and disarmed him prior to the arrival of deputies.
Myers pled not guilty to the charges and was released September 8 on $2,000 signature bond.
