State gives Bell Tower Residence Assisted Living a perfect score

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Quality Assurance conducted an unannounced on-site visit at Bell Tower Residence Assisted Living in November and found it to be in complete compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 83.
The survey ensures that state licensure requirements are met and are conducted state wide at various types of facilities including assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, etc.
Observations and interviews are used to evaluate how the individual needs and preferences of residents are met. They also concentrate on employee and resident records which are reviewed to determine compliance with licensure requirements. And it takes into consideration many reports relating to safety such as fire and tornado drills, boiler checks, sprinkler tests, fire alarm tests, etc.
The result of the visit resulted in no violations and a perfect survey.
“I am very proud of the staff at Bell Tower Residence,” stated Pat Sherley, Administrator. “They work hard every day to assure our residents receive excellent care in a safe, healing environment. Congratulations also to our Board of Directors who guide the mission and values of Bell Tower Residence.”
Bell Tower Residence Assisted Living, a ministry of the Holy Cross Sisters, has been providing assisted living opportunities for 25 years.
