Bell Tower Residence Board of Directors in Merrill has been engaged for the past several months in strategic planning. One area that they are directing their attention to is finding qualified individuals to take over the positions of Administrator now held by Sister Peggy Jackelen, SCSC, and Director of Resident Services now held by Sister Mary Anne Rose, SCSC.
The succession planning process for these positions is being conducted by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation. Both positions are being advertised at this time and will conclude when the right person for each position is found. According to Sister Peggy Jackelen, “We both are very committed to the ministry of Bell Tower and will continue this commitment in some way in the future.”
