Traffic stops lead to drug charges

On March 28, officers of the Merrill Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the course of the traffic stop officers searched the driver’s vehicle. Officers located 30 schedule II narcotics pills in three separate bags and a pipe used to ingest marijuana inside the vehicle. The driver, Tammera L. Graap, age 21, of Merrill, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
On March 29, officers of the Merrill Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and detected that the driver was under the influence of a stimulants (methamphetamine). Following the arrest of the driver for Drug Impaired Driving, officers located numerous items of drug paraphernalia, a small amount of methamphetamine, and marijuana. The driver, TJ L Myers, age 25, of Merrill was charged with drug impaired driving, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license.
