Tomahawk woman charges in numerous burglaries

A 39 year old Tomahawk woman appeared in Lincoln County Circuit Court Friday after she was arrested Thursday as a part of a multi county burglary investigation.
Deputies from Lincoln County and Oneida County noted late last week a pattern of burglaries in the northwest section of Lincoln County and the southern part of Oneida County.
When checks were made at local pawn shops, it was found Michell Goersch had just pawned numerous items that were stolen in burglaries during this past week in Lincoln County and Langlade County.
Goersch was taken into custody at her town of Harrison home last Thursday. She was booked into the jail on four counts of burglary, criminal damage to property and theft. Lincoln County deputies expect additional charges as do deputies in Langlade and Oneida Counties.
Following a bond hearing in Lincoln County Court Friday, Goersch was released on a $5,000 signature bond.
