Getting sick is never fun, which is why it’s important to get a flu shot to help protect you and the people you live and work with.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices have said the influenza vaccine should be provided to all persons, six months of age or older, who want to reduce the risk of becoming ill or of transmitting influenza to others.
Marshfield Clinic Merrill Center, 1205 O’Day St., Merrill, will offer the seasonal flu vaccine with no appointment during the following times: Friday, Oct. 11, 9 a.m. to2 p.m.; Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2-6:30 p.m.; Thursday, Nov. 7, 5-6:30 p.m.
