Children are invited to discover the fun of reading aloud to a dog at T. B. Scott Free Library on Monday, Sept. 23, 6-7 p,m. Formerly called “Read to a Dog,” this free program will be offered monthly under a new name, “Tail Waggin Tutors.” Readers of all abilities are invited to read to Kodie, with owner Kris Smith, on a first come, first served basis.
