New class at Riverside: Kick-Core Interval Training

Riverside Athletic Club has announced that a new class will now be offered at their facility at 500 S. Center Ave., Merrill, called Kick-Core Interval Training.
This class is perfect for men and women and taught by a third-degree Black Belt, Cadie Schumitsch. This class is designed to increase your intensity for a core and cardio workout combined. It is a distinctive interval training class which will combine kickboxing blends with challenging core combinations. This will be an overall body workout that incorporates applicable martial arts and self-defense training.
This intense cardiovascular workout can burn as many as 500 calories an hour. This class meets on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Riverside also offers various classes throughout the day and evening that include:
Water Exercise on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-9:00am
Stability Ball Total Conditioning on Mondays at 8:00 am and Wednesdays at 9:00am
And on Tuesday evenings from 5:15-6:00
Silver Sneakers on Monday and Wednesdays from 9:00-9:45am
Yoga Plus on Fridays from 9:00-9:45am
Arthritis in the Water on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10:00-11:00am
Kickboxing on Mondays from 5:30-6:15pm
Pilates on Monday and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm
Step Aerobics on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00pm and Thursdays from 5:15pm-6:15pm
and Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am
Kick-Core Interval Training on Thursdays from 6:30pm-7:15pm
